SERVICES POLICY

  • We require a 48 hours minimum notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment. 

  • If you reschedule your appointment in less than 48 hours, 50% will be deducted from your deposit. The difference must be paid day of. If you reschedule more than twice in less than 48 hours, you’ve lost your deposit and a new deposit must be done to book your service. 

  • If you are running more than 10 minutes late (grace period), we have the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

  • All services and deposits are NONREFUNDABLE, and NONTRANSFERABLE (meaning it can’t be used towards another service or another technician/tattoo artist/esthetician). 

  • Deposit(s) that were never used towards a service are no longer valid after one year. 

  • All services including corrections/touch ups/follow ups/refills are NOT FREE or COMPLIMENTARY no matter the circumstances. Services and results vary per person meaning multiple sessions may be needed to achieve the desired results/goal. 

  • Gift certificates are nonrefundable/nontransferable and are final sale. 

  • We are not responsible for any personal belongings or accidents inside the studio. 

  • We have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. 

  • Appointments requested are only reserved for 24 hours without a deposit. A deposit MUST be sent to reserve your appointment. If you do not send it within the 24 hours, we will assume that you are no longer interested and will offer the appointment to other clients. 

NO SHOW POLICY

A percentage of the total amount of the service that was supposed to be rendered: 

1st time no show – 25% deducted from total 

2nd time no show – 50% deducted from total 

3rd time no show – 100% of the service cost 

Why is there a no-show fee and policy? When you forget or cancel without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time. It is not fair for us or other clients that would’ve booked the appointment slot. Since the services are reserved, fees will apply if you are a no show or cancel without enough notice. As a courtesy, we will text and/or call you to confirm your service 1 day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and additional fees. If you are a no show 3 or more times, non-compliant, constantly running late, we have the right to no longer service you. Once you book your service with a deposit, you have agreed to all of the above mentioned and if you are non-complaint with our policies, we have the right to refuse servicing you.
